I.  Services Offered

Dreaura/Sirius Soul Growth provides virtual energy work, crystal healing, and celestial-based guidance intended to support self-awareness, energetic balance, and spiritual growth. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

 

II. Virtual Sessions

All sessions are conducted remotely via video, phone, or email, depending on the service booked. Clients are responsible for ensuring a quiet, private space and reliable internet connection at the time of the appointment.

 

III. Payments & Donations

Some sessions are currently offered on a pay-what-you-can, donation-based, or energetic exchange model. These contributions are considered acts of charitable support and go towards the maintenance of the website, continued training and education, and the ongoing ability to offer collective support through this work.

For all paid services, payment is required at the time of booking your time-slot.  

 

IV. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking with no penalty up to 48-hours in advance.  You may reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours notice without penalty.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

 

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion in extenuating circumstances. We understand life happens - if unforeseen circumstances arise, please reach out to healing@dreaura.com.  We may be able to offer a one-time reschedule as a courtesy, even on shorter notice.

 

V. Client Readiness

Our offerings are designed to support deep energetic clearing, soul growth, and inner alignment. This work is not surface-level—it often invites clients into shadow work, self-reflection, and energetic integration that continues long after the session ends. True healing requires active participation and a willingness to be honest with yourself.  Dreaura serves as a guide and energetic facilitator, holding space for transformation, but you are the one who must walk your path and do the inner work.

Clients are encouraged to arrive with a spirit of openness, curiosity, and a sincere willingness to engage in their healing process.  To help ensure alignment, a brief intake or readiness form must be completed before each session. This is part of maintaining the integrity of the work and honoring the energy exchange between us.

 

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if it becomes clear that the energetic match is not aligned or if the client is not currently in a space to benefit from this kind of work. This ensures the highest good for both client and practitioner. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

 

VI. Results Disclaimer

While many clients experience deep shifts or emotional release over time, results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. The work offered is intuitive, subtle, and energetic in nature, and may take time to integrate.

 

VII. Eligibility

Sessions are available to clients 18 years or older. If you are under 18, written parental/guardian consent is required and must be approved prior to booking.

 

VIII. Privacy & Confidentiality

Any personal information shared with Dreaura/Sirius Soul Growth or its practitioner(s) is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services or follow-up communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

By booking, you agree to receive occasional follow-up emails, which you can opt out of at any time.

 

IX. Intellectual Property

All content, techniques, and insights shared on this site or shared during sessions are the original work and intellectual property Dreaura/Shankava Enterprises or its practitioner(s) unless otherwise specified and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. 

 

Any reference or mention of/to third-party healing modalities, systems, techniques, creators, or service providers is offered strictly from a personal perspectives based on the practitioner's individual experience and understanding.  These references are not intended to imply or be taken as an affiliation, endorsement, certification, professional recommendation, or formal representation of these modalities or their trademark holders.

 

The practitioner does not claim to represent or teach any proprietary system unless explicitly certified to do so, and any integration of such methods is done through a personal, intuitive lens.  Clients are encouraged to use their own discernment and discretion, as well as, conduct their own research when exploring any referenced practices or systems.
